The effective way to listen?

The most basic and powerful way to connect to another person is to listen. Just listen. Perhaps the most important thing we ever give each other is our attention. Body language is crucial part of communication for speaker and listener as well. First of all, eye contact with speaker is very important because when listener look at other things rather than making eye contact results disrespect and demotivation for speaker. Furthermore, technical distractions, good listener always avoid mobile phones or other movements around their environment. When third person wants to speak to you then it is important to continue conversation with same person and hold other person. Face expression is also play significant role for a good listener, as an example I say “I see” “yes” or nod my head or smile while listening the speaker and try not to give expressions such “hmmm” or don`t sighs because these are signs of disrespect and speaker always expect respect and positive signs from listener.
