Proper Focus is result of good listener and there are many ways to focused on speaker. My personal example, know the why and what speaker is going to speak, these two things in mind can make proper concentration and speaker and we will know that when speaker Is going to take pause or when he/she is going to ask question to listener. Some speakers says “right” after the lines that they are expecting response from listener. Empathy is the way to stand in same position of speaker`s position. In other words listener should understand the feelings and situation of speaker, listener don`t have to become like speaker but at least should stand speaker`s position so that we can easily understand main motive of speaker`s speaking. When something is unclear or you are not understanding then it`s better to ask question for clarification but in a good way. As an instance, “Pardon me” and be aware of your biases. We are given two ears, but only mouth because god knew that listening was twice as hard as talking.
